The weather in central Florida is only predictable in its unpredictability. While winters are typically dry, I've been soaked in December. Be prepared for a variety of weather conditions, and be sure to check the forecast before you pack for your trip. Pack your day bag with the weather conditions in mind. Being freezing cold, wet, or sunburned can really put a damper on your vacation.
