New Fantasyland isn’t so new anymore, but it’s still fun to explore. One of the main themes of New Fantasyland is based on the movie Beauty and the Beast. Beast’s castle was even part of the newly renovated land. In that same area the addition of Gaston’s Tavern was added. You’ll find plenty of charm and good food throughout. Here are some of our favorite things about Gaston’s Tavern in Magic Kingdom.
5. Roasted Pork Shank
Some people love it, some people hate it, it all depends on your personal taste. Much like the famous turkey leg. If this is something that you would like, then it’s definitely worth a try!
4. Theming
From the indoor décor right down to the Gaston statue out front, the theming is absolutely incredible. You’ll feel as if you stepped right into the movie. They have everything down to a tee, plus tons of great seating!
3. Gaston’s Giant Chair
Speaking of seating, one of the best seats in the house is Gaston’s own chair. Yep, an exact replica of the one from the movie! It’s not very practical for eating, but it’s sure fun to take pictures in.

2. Warm Cinnamon Roll
Lots of people dearly miss the cinnamon rolls from the Main Street Bakery, but a fantastic replacement is the ones from Gaston’s Tavern. Not only are they delicious and warm, but they are also huge! Perfect for a quick, on-the-go breakfast!
1. LeFou’s Brew
Probably one of the most unique items on the menu, LeFou’s Brew is a tasty treat, especially on a hot day. LeFou’s Brew is frozen apple juice with a hint of marshmallow and topped with passion fruit cream. It’s also available with a souvenir cup!
