The recent upgrade to Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom is certainly “eye-popping”. One of the new additions is the Storybook Circus area, featuring Big Top Souvenirs. Not only is this a fun place to shop, but this is the place to find house-made caramel corn plus other yummy sweets like cotton candy, Disney character apples, and more. If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll want to make Big Top Treats one of your stops! *Tip: Many of these items qualify as snacks on the Disney Dining Plan.

6. Caramel Apples

These treats are not only fun to eat, but they’re a work of art! Many are inspired by the Disney characters, such as Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy. They also come in caramel or chocolate dipped, with or without peanuts. Prices range from $6 to $12.

5. Cake Pops

Cake on a stick? Are you kidding me? I’ll take five! My favorite is the Mike Wazowski, from Monster’s Inc. If you want something more traditional, go for the standard chocolate-covered Mickey-shaped cake. Cake Pops are $4 each. Tip: Take a picture before you take a bite!

4. Fruit Treats

If you want to eat something a little healthier, try a fruit kabob or chocolate dipped pineapple or banana. You can also purchase whole fruit here. Fruit items run $3 or $4.

3. Marshmallow and Pretzel Treats

Take your pick from a Mickey or Minnie Marshmallow Wand or a Pretzel Rod, chocolate covered or not. Prices range from $3 to $5.

2. Cupcakes and Brownies

These fun and tasty treats include the Caramel Corn Cupcake, the Cotton Candy Cupcake, the Dumbo Cupcake, and the Toffee or Mint brownies. Prices are about $4 each.

1. Assorted Cookies

These are great for sharing, as they are quite large. Flavors include Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookies, and Gingerbread. These items run from $3 to $5.

Whatever you choose, remember everything tastes better in the Magic Kingdom!
