Disney Resort Gets an Amazing Addition! Book Early!

Aloha and welcome to Disney’s newly remodeled Polynesian Resort. Originally opened in October of 1971, the Polynesian was the culmination of Walt Disney’s vision of capturing the Hawaiian, carefree lifestyle. Now this resort goes one step further by unveiling its’ newest additions – over-the-water bungalows for Disney Vacation Club Members. Bungalows perched on the water will include two bedrooms as well as Deluxe Studios which can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Additionally, the main lodge now houses Pineapple Lanai, a new food and beverage area which also serves Dole Whips! The Polynesian’s pool has also gotten a face lift including the addition of a 142 foot slide. Guests will also enjoy a new watering hole – Trader Sam’s Grogs Grotto tiki bar. Make sure to book your vacation in the new Villas and Bungalows which are scheduled to open in April 2015.
