20. Holiday Experience – Holiday Shop Around the World.

If you are looking for a unique gifting experience you need not look farther than the fun shops of World Showcase. Holiday decorations, ornaments, clothing, candy and gifts from around the globe should be on your holiday shopping list and your Epcot bucket list if you are visiting during November or December.

19. Holiday Experience – Watch the Candlelight Processional.

Nothing is as traditional Walt Disney World Christmas as The Candlelight Processional. A Walt Disney World cast choir, the Voices of Liberty, the Walt Disney World orchestra and a celebrity guest narrator gathers several times weekly during the holiday season to bring the Christmas story to life. This moving, beautiful and larger than life show is not to be missed by guests visiting during November and December.

18. Holiday Experience – Enjoy Seasonal Decorations in World Showcase.

Taking a half-day at Epcot to enjoy the gorgeous holiday decorations around each of the countries in World Showcase is a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the day at Walt Disney World. Seeing the varying décor in World Showcase pavilions and taking the time to speak with cast members about the holiday traditions in their home country is interesting and fun.

17. Special Event – Snack at The Food and Wine Festival.

Each year World Showcase transforms into an even more delicious destination between September and November when the Food and Wine festival is happening in the park. Affordable and delicious small plate portion of food and drink are available for guests to purchase as they eat their way around the world in World Showcase. In addition to the staple nations represented at Epcot, booths with food from nations not generally represented at Epcot are available for guests to taste and learn about.

16. Special Event – Stop and Smell the Roses at The Flower and Garden Show.

Green thumbed guests must visit World Showcase during the spring Flower and Garden Show to enjoy the beautiful floral displays, gardens, topiaries, creations and classes available for guests. A trip to the Flower and Garden Show is yet another Epcot must do.

15. Visit the Mexico Pavilion.

Guests looking for spicy Mexican food, delicious tequila, shopping and a fun ride with the Three Caballeros must stop by the Mexican pavilion. This beautiful indoor market place showcases a nighttime sky, inside a Mayan temple building. San Angel Inn Restaurant is a candle lit dining experience that places guests near the boat canal in the temple so they can watch guests float though the ride while dining.

14. Ride Frozen Ever After.

The newest addition to World Showcase is Frozen Ever After storybook ride that is nestled inside the Norwegian pavilion. The ride queue leads guests through the city of Arendelle and then transports them by boat to Elsa’s snow castle as they embark on the boat ride.

13. Meet Anna & Elsa in Norway.

Right next door to Frozen Ever After, guests can meet princess Anna and Elsa for photos and conversation. You may have so much fun that you decide to stay for diner with more princesses at Akershus Banquet Hall.

12. Snack on Norwegian Pantries.

The bakery in Norway is a favorite for guests. School bread, cupcakes, coffee, pretzels and other treats are a great way to break from the activity of the day and enjoy the sights of the Norwegian pavilion from the covered outdoor eating area.

11. Indulge in German Food and Drink.

Pretzels, beer and Werther’s caramel shop are must eat and drink choices for World Showcase visitors. Hanging out in the German pavilion to enjoy the ambiance, and tastes of the country is a great way to enjoy the German pavilion in World Showcase.

10. Listen to Moroccan Music at the Enjoy a Frozen Drink.

Break from the activity to enjoy frozen drinks in Morocco. The fruity and fresh frozen drinks enjoyed near Moroccan music or a belly dance show is a fun afternoon refresher.

9. Watch Reflections of China.

Reflections of China film is presented in a gorgeous standing circle vision theatre that immerses guests in the experience and showcase all the unique regions of China. This beautiful show is always on my World Showcase to do list.

8. See the Voices of Liberty.

The Voices of Liberty are an acapella singing group that performs traditional American folksongs that are classic favorites. Performances begin directly before each show of The American Adventure. The music, costumes, acoustics of the performance area and talented vocalists make this experience a must see in World Showcase.

7. Taste a Wine Flight in Italy.

A trip to World Showcase is incomplete without a wine flight in Italy. Learn about Italian wines and take turns tasting drinks in Tutto Gusto wine cellar. Buy a glass or purchase a flight to taste smaller portions of several wines at different carts and shops in the Italian pavilion.

6. Snack on Croissants at the French Fountain.

The French bakery at Epcot is a famous park attraction. Chocolate mousse, ham and cheese croissants, napoleons and coffee are must try foods in France. Enjoy snacks inside the market building or dine al fresco near the beautiful fountain in the center of the pavilion.

5. Eat Hearty and Authentic Food at Chefs de France.

Chefs de France is a wonderful dining experience that immerses guests in French culture while serving up some incredible French food. Dine on braised beef short ribs or juicy roast chicken and vegetables. Make sure you save room for dessert. The dessert offerings at Chefs de France are legendary.

4. Get Your Hot Tea Fix at The Tea Caddy in Great Britain.

Hot tea fans will enjoy shopping Twinings tea at the Tea Caddy in Great Britian. Loose-leaf tea, teapots, china teacups, and other tea accessories are available for purchase.

3. Snack on Fried Fish at Yorkshire County Fish Shop.

The beer battered fish and chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop are absolutely delicious. Sharing them as a snack with a friend or visiting this walk up restaurant for a meal is a wonderful idea during your trip around World Showcase.

2. Enjoy Tender Canadian Beef at Le Cellier in Canada.

The delicious steaks are Le Cellier in the Canadian pavilion are well known throughout Walt Disney World. The imported Canadian beef served at the restaurant is a cut above the rest. The restaurant ambiance is incredible with beautiful low lighting, and an intimate setting. Reservations at Le Cellier fill quickly so reserving your table sooner is important.

1. Meet Princesses Around the World.

Meeting Disney princesses in their native countries around World Showcase is a really fun activity for guests of all ages. The park show guide explains meeting times and locations for characters in Epcot. The gorgeous setting of World Showcase is perfect for all those character photos.
