NEWS: Disney Announces ‘Frozen Fever’ Short Adventure Film

Disney will be bringing back your favorite Frozen characters including Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff for a short adventure film called Frozen Fever. With Frozen’s Oscar-winning success and over $1.3 billion box office sales worldwide, this one-off short film is much anticipated. Airing next Spring, the feature includes a new original song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez who wrote the smash hit ‘Let It Go’. Also in Frozen news, Disney announced that Anna, Elsa and Kristoff will also appear in an upcoming episode of Once Upon a Time, the live action hit from ABC.

Disney plans two more shorts from Pixar including ‘Lava’, a volcano that sings ‘Over The Rainbow’ and ‘Feast’ which tells the tale of a Boston terrier puppy who is fed under-the-table by his owner. ‘Feast’ will air alongside ‘Big Hero 6’ which is due out later this year. ‘Lava’ will play ahead of ‘Inside Out,’ due in cinemas early next summer.
