If you are trying to maintain your figure while visiting Disney, the Cape May Cafe prepares a healthy breakfast buffet including steamed asparagus with hollandaise, couscous and grains salad as well as a delicious breakfast salad of apples, spinach and walnuts. Another favorite is the egg, cheese, arugula, and mushroom frittata – AMAZING! Everyone in your party will find something to tempt them on the breakfast buffet whether they’re health nuts or go for the usual bacon, eggs, pastries and famous miniature Mickey Mouse waffles.

3. Great Company!

When dining at this charming cafe, you’ll be joined by some beloved Disney characters including Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck and Goofy – all dressed in their best beach attire! The service is fabulous at the Cape May as you’ll find with most Disney restaurants. Our waitress, after discovering it was our anniversary, put down her order pad and proceeded take pictures of us with our camera then later delivered a special plate of gourmet chocolates with “happy anniversary” painstakingly written in chocolate. The staff really does go all-out for their guests!

2. Easy Park Access

When you are staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort or have a reservation for one of its’ restaurants, you can take advantage of the resort’s convenient transportation to and from Epcot, Downtown Disney, Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Boardwalk. Each destination is just a boat ride away! Using this amenity is a nice break from the parking lot mania you sometimes experience when driving to Epcot or other parks having parked amidst the sea of monochromatic cars.
