Top 5 Places to Eat in Epcot’s Future World

Coral Reef Restaurant

When heading to Epcot, people rarely think about Future World as where to go for premier dining. However, there are several dining locations that offer some great options for guests who are looking for a different experience than the restaurants located throughout the World Showcase. On your next trip, try one of our top five places to eat in Epcot’s Future World!

5 – Sunshine Seasons – Sunshine Seasons is our favorite counter service restaurant in Epcot. Located on the bottom level of the Land Pavilion, Sunshine Seasons is always open to serve guests. We enjoy the food court style food options that allows guests to see what is available before having to make a decision. There are a variety of options from fish, chicken, and vegetarian options. They also a vast array of desserts to choose from as well – no trip to Soarin’ is complete without a stop at Sunshine Seasons either before or after our ride!

4 – Coral Reef – located in the Seas with Nemos and Friends Pavilion, this restaurant serves a variety of seafood. Land lovers needn’t worry – there are options on the menu for guests who don’t like seafood. The main attraction of this restaurant isn’t the food (which is great!), but is the restaurant itself. Guests are seated facing a large picture window that looks into the fish tank. Guests can see all manner of aquatic life swimming by as they enjoy their meals! This is a must-do for your next trip!

3 – Electric Umbrella – guests who are looking for a quick meal with a variety of traditional options should look no further than this restaurant located on your left-hand side as you walk into Future World. The menu is constantly changing at the Electric Umbrella, but the menu usually features burger, chicken, and salad options for guests. We enjoy dining at the Electric Umbrella because it is one of the few places on Disney property that guests can get refills at!

2 – Specialty Popcorn Cart – regular Disney popcorn is delicious, but specialty popcorn is even better. Located between the Imagination Pavilion and the Land Pavilion, guests can find a selection of specialty-flavored popcorn. We truly enjoyed the buffalo-flavored popcorn as a welcome change to the original variety that is available throughout the parks.
