Top 7 Dining Options at Disney Springs

Disney Springs is a great place to go if you want a day away from the parks, but still crave that Disney magic and Disney service. It has a little bit of everything—dining, entertainment and shopping, which gives you plenty to do for hours on end. Disney Springs has gotten a plethora of new destinations, including dining locations, as it has made the transition from being Downtown Disney. With so many great restaurants to dine at, here are seven great options, ranging from quick to full service, at Disney Springs:

7) T-Rex CafĂ© – This restaurant has been at Disney Springs for quite some time and is a hit with families. The unique theming is entertaining for kids and adults, and the food is familiar enough that even picky eaters will find something they’ll enjoy. Rainforest CafĂ©, which is also at Disney Springs, is similar if you prefer that theming over this one, but I prefer the food here better.

6) D-Luxe – If you’re looking for good quality food that is quick and not too pricey, D-Luxe is a good option for you. The burgers and fries are probably among the best Disney Springs has to offer, and the shakes are good, too. There isn’t too much seating available at the location, so during peak hours it may not be the best option.

5) Morimoto Asia – If you like Pan-Asian cuisine, this is a restaurant you have to try out. This restaurant, owned by Chef Morimoto from Iron Chef America, serves up Chinese, Korean and Japanese dishes that are sensational, from different kinds of sushi to noodles and meat based dishes. I love Teppan Edo in Epcot, and this is just as good if not better!

4) STK Orlando – If you’re willing to shell out major dollars, this famous steakhouse is calling your name. This 2-story restaurant is bursting with character and gives off a luxurious vibe that you’re bound to love. There’s even an outdoor patio and in-house DJ that is sure to delight and entertain. This is a perfect spot for date night with your special someone—if you can get a reservation. If this is somewhere you’d like to dine, I’d highly suggest making a reservation in advance.

3) Paddlefish – This newly reimagined restaurant, which replaced Fulton’s Crab House, is a great addition to Disney Springs. From seafood to steak, the delicious food options are just one of the things you’ll love about this location. Their rooftop bar will give you a splendid view of the sunset as you sip on whatever drink your heart desires. This is another beautiful spot for date night, but kids are welcome, too! It is a bit pricey, so keep that in mind.

2) Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’– This is my new favorite full service dining location at Disney Springs for many reasons. The food is fantastic, the drinks are refreshing and the atmosphere is so down to earth! If you’re looking for southern comfort food, look no further. You’ve got hush puppies, fried chicken, fish, short ribs and so many other choices. You’ve even got moonshine cocktails to sip on while you enjoy the ambiance. All in all, this is a great family-friendly restaurant that is definitely worth trying out the next time you find yourself at Disney Springs.

1) Blaze Pizza – This is my #1 go to dining location at Disney Springs and it has been incredibly popular since its opening. This quick service location, though you will need to wait in a bit of a line most of the time, is sure to leave you satisfied. You can create your own pizza, from sauce to toppings and everything in between, and they’ll cook it for you in 180 seconds. That’s right—three minutes is all it takes to cook your personal pizza to perfection. They also have desserts and beverages you can purchase, including a s’more pie and blood orange lemonade which everyone obsesses over. If the pressure of creating your own pizza is too much, they do have pizzas you can choose from, but creating your own is so much better!

Disney Springs has so many great dining options from quick service to full service, ranging from your typical American food to Pan-Asian, Mexican, Italian and everything in between. Be sure to check out one of these offerings the next time you’re in town!
