The convenience of Magic Bands eliminates the need to constantly keep track of tickets, keys, and even credit cards in some cases. Why would anyone oppose such progress? Well, while Magic Bands are amazing pieces of technology, some feared the “big brother” aspect of Disney being able to keep tabs on individual’s locations via radio frequency. That feature may be unsettling, but it is also used for safety purposes in reuniting separated parties.
