This past autumn Disney’s Yacht Club Resort debuted the Ale & Compass Restaurant, which took the place of the former Captain’s Grille. The newly reimagined dining spot takes on the ambience of a cozy seaside lighthouse while celebrating the traditional gastropub indulgences of New England comfort foods and coastal cuisine. Additionally, you will no doubt notice the many other versatile picks featured on the menu as well, including various signature novelties.

The Grilled Vegan Plant-based “Bacon Cheeseburger” is one such example. How is this possible? Well it is, and it tastes so enticingly delicious that it has both vegans and non-vegans alike hooked.
