8. The Dapper Dans & The Main Street Philharmonic

These two groups of wandering musicians perform in various places around Magic Kingdom. While their shows are listed in the time guide, it’s often a fun surprise when you happen upon one of their performances. The Dapper Dans are a barbershop quartet which sings classic American tunes as well as Disney favorites. You’ll most often find them around Main Street USA. The Main Street Philharmonic is the Magic Kingdom’s own marching band! You’ll see them on Main Street, but also performing in the Storybook Circus section of Fantasyland. You can enjoy both groups at the daily Flag Retreat, held at 5pm at the Flag Pole near the Main Street USA station. They perform patriotic music as part of the moving flag ceremony.
