10. Stay out late
If you are staying at a Disney resort, definitely head to the park during Extra Magic Hours. Non-Disney resort guests will have left the park during Extra Magic Hours, making it easier to get onto your favorite attractions with little or no wait. Even if you are unable to go to Extra Magic Hours, I always suggest staying in the park after Wishes. The post-Wishes rush out of the park is madness, and regardless of when you were planning on leaving, I believe it is always better to linger a little while longer to avoid the rush.
