The Mountain Trifecta at Magic Kingdom was Not Complete until 1989.

The famous Splash Mountain was the last of the Magic Kingdom mountains to open.  Guests first boarded that floating log and rode down the mountain in 1989.  Space Mountain was the first Disney coaster opening in 1975 with Big Thunder Mountain Railroad following in 1979.
