There are a number of outstanding crème brûlée preparations across Disney World’s eateries, so you can scarcely go wrong with any of them.  Somehow though, the maple crème brûlée at Canada’s Le Cellier in Epcot rises above the others to the level of signature food item.  Maybe it’s the innate Canadian-ness of maple?
