15. Lobster Roll

Just around the corner from Sleepy Hollow is Columbia Harbour House, which has developed a loyal following over the years for its tasty seafood offerings – not exactly standard theme park fare.  While the fried shrimp and battered fish get top marks, the lobster roll is the more distinctive item available on the menu.  So, is it blasphemy to call a lobster roll that can be found inside a theme park a signature item?  Some traditionalists would say yes while others truly enjoy Disney’s version.  Photo credit www.disneytouristblog.com
