5. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

This ride often has a minimum wait time of 120 minutes, but in all my years of going to Hollywood Studios, I’ve seen the wait time be much higher than that during peak seasons. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is not just a ride as much as it is an experience for you and your fellow riders. The ride tells a story and that story begins from the moment you step in line and get to walk the grounds outside the hotel, seeing dead floral arrangements, broken statues, and empty water fountains. The hotel itself has an eeriness to it that brings the ride - and the experience - to life (and that’s before you even get inside!). Once inside, you journey into the 5th Dimension, and are dropped, traveling upward and downward through the Twilight Zone as your elevator drops you various lengths, enhancing your thrilling experience.
