The rumors are true! Disney does adjust food prices based again on expected park capacity. During the Christmas season, you will pay up to $4 more per person at buffets, and some counter service prices are adjusted as well. (I saw it firsthand at one of our favorites, La Cantina de San Angel, in mid December.) After the holidays, prices return to the lower version.
