A Disney Fan’s Guide to Visiting Orlando Florida

2. Be Open to Resort Hopping

If you are visiting multiple theme parks during your vacation, it would stand to reason that choosing one resort as the perfect hub for your entire vacation may be difficult. This is where resort hopping comes in.  It may make sense for you family to book more than one resort during your vacation and move midway through your trip.  The downside of this is that hotel transfer takes time away from parks and activities.  The bonus is that moving resorts allows you to enjoy more variety on your vacation, potentially saves money on resort prices and ensures you are nearby your chosen parks as much as possible.

1. Visit a Disney Discount Store

Walt Disney World is always restocking shelves with the newest merchandise. Where do you think all the unsold stock ends up? Disney merchandise discount stores are one of the best kept secrets in Orlando. There are several cool discount store in Orlando that guests can visit to buy authentic Walt Disney World merchandise with a discounted price tag, simply because Disney needed to clear shelves for new merchandise in the parks and on the property. Disney’s Character Outlet at Orlando International Premium Outlets is my favorite character store to hit up for merchandise.
