Animal Kingdom Counter Service Dining Guide

While we enjoy sitting down to a relaxing meal and recharging our batteries, sometimes we don’t want to pull ourselves away from the fun or we just want a quick snack to keep us going between FastPass+ selections.  In addition to myriad kiosks with a variety of snacks available, Animal Kingdom is home to a wonderful selection of counter service options for guests looking for a quality meal quickly!

1. Satu’li Canteen

The newest restaurant in Animal Kingdom, Satu’li Canteen can be found in Pandora: the World of AVATAR.  Guests can get lunch, and dinner at this restaurant and can also place their orders through the My Disney Experience app to make the dining process even quicker!  Guests will love the variety of the food here, as well as the ability to customize their orders here.  You’ll be able to customize your bowl with a variety of bases, as well as choose the protein (grilled beef, chicken, fish, or chili-spiced tofu) and your sauce. Kids are also guaranteed to love the steamed cheeseburger bao buns that adorn the menu, too!  You’ll also want to save room for dessert as you can choose between a decadent chocolate cake or a savory blueberry cream cheese mousse!

2. Yak and Yeti Local Foods Café

Located in Asia right next to Yak and Yeti, guests who choose to dine here will find a very similar menu, but can enjoy their selections much quicker!  Guests need to pick-me-up first thing in the morning can find a variety of breakfast sandwiches on the menu served with hash brown bites or choose to spice things up with a zesty breakfast burrito or breakfast tacos!  At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between beef bowls, honey chicken, a Kobe beef cheeseburger, an Asian chicken wrap, or a ginger chicken salad.  You’ll also want to add a pork egg roll to whatever you choose to get off the menu!
