7. Two Water Parks

Disney World wouldn’t be complete without water parks and there are two great ones to choose from here on property. Blizzard Beach has a unique back story: a freak snow storm hit Florida, which resulted in this wintry, water wonderland. This park has several exciting water slides, including Summit Plummet, which sends riders down a 350-foot slide at 60 miles per hour! Typhoon Lagoon is the tamer water park and is home to one of the world’s largest wave pools. There are a variety of slides here as well, some more thrilling than others. The water parks are definitely worth visiting, especially during the hot summer months!
