Out of all of Disney’s amazing female characters, Tinker Bell is something special. She stole our hearts without saying a single word when she was introduced in Walt Disney’s Peter Pan (1953) and has since evolved her princess-like charisma and unique pixie spunk over the decades to connect with children of all generations in a different way.

It is in honor of her that I present a new take on another classic cocktail that is, in my opinion, a perfect representation of her.

The ingredients you will need for this drink are:

  • Vodka
  • Sour Apple Schnapps
  • Goldschlager
  • One lemon
  • A proper martini glass

The recipe is simple, with a ratio that is literally 3-2-1.

Add three parts vodka, two parts sour apple schnapps, and one part Goldschlager (make sure you get as much of the edible gold flakes as possible). Shake that combination over ice and then pour it into a martini glass.

Then take your lemon, cut, and twist a little peel. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass and drop it in the middle.

Once complete, you will have Tinker Bell in a martini glass: a tangy, slightly spicy treat that features her green dress and blonde hair, with bits of pixie dust dancing around as well!

This drink is designed to be shared and sized to each drinker’s preference, so no exact measurements in terms of ounces or milliliters are needed; simply the ratio 3-2-1 (so long as you are using equal parts for each ingredient).

What do you think? Would Tink approve? Try it for yourself and let us know!
