10. Take Small Steps
If you want to reduce stress, plan your trip in steps. The preliminary steps of planning should include booking your hotel and airfare. By the time you reach the six-month mark before your trip begins, you’ll be able to do a lot more. This is when you can start making dining arrangements, among other things. Each month leading up to your vacation, make mini goals and set aside time to accomplish them one by one. By the time your trip is ready to begin, you’ll be prepared and more excited than ever!
