1. Custom-made pizza

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza is a family-friendly favorite go-to place, open for lunch and dinner daily and providing for the perfect opportunity to customize your very own 11-inch pizza pie. Additionally, Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza also presents a plethora of signature pizza specialties you may order from as well as salads, desserts, and beverages both alcoholic and otherwise.

2. Steakhouse-style lunch specials

This past summer, the Disney Springs favorite Orlando STK began offering a new lunchtime experience for those who may be craving for steakhouse favorites a little earlier in the day. Now the doors open here at 11:30 a.m., in which a diverse lunch menu is offered. Several of dinner’s well-loved favorites are also featured on the lunch menu, including salads, starters, sides, and raw bar offerings. While they do offer steak at lunchtime, STK Orlando also presents a host of lighter lunchtime special exclusives as well. Some favorites include the Spiced Tuna Bowl with quinoa, edamame, pickled onions, charred broccoli, and sesame soy vinaigrette; STK Frites, which comes as a 6 oz bone-in-filet served with fries and au poivre sauce, and the STK Salad, which is comprised of dry-aged strip steak, baby gem lettuce, summer veggies, lemon truffle vinaigrette, and six eggs. They also serve up a delightful array of premium quality sandwiches and burgers, like the Wagyu Meatball, Lobster Club, BLTA (bacon lettuce, tomato, avocado), Grilled Chicken, Wagyu Hot Dog, Blackened Bison Burger, and Linz Angus Burger, to name a few. In addition to offering an enticing selection of lunchtime specialties, STK Orlando also features weekend brunch specials from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

3. Dino-sized dessert

While dessert isn’t officially considered a meal, it may as well be if you order Chocolate Extinction at T-REX Café. Large enough and intended to be shared amongst four people, this hands-down famed favorite dessert feature is comprised of a decadent chocolate fudge cake, ice cream, whipped topping, fudge, caramel sauce, and Butterfinger crumbs. Of course, there are many other colossal consumptions to be had while dining at T-REX as well, not only in the dessert category but in lunch and dinner themed favorites also. Some of these delightful dishes include Meteor Meatloaf, the Mega Mess-O-Bones, (spareribs), the Boneyard Buffet (spareribs and rotisserie chicken), the Triassic Trio (shrimp, scallops, and steak combo), Tar Pit Fried Shrimp, and so much more, including pasta dishes, satisfying salads, and filling burgers and sandwiches.

4. Irish pies are smilin’

For a fully immersive Irish mealtime experience complete with live entertainment sets and some of the most creative spins on all your Emerald Isle favorites, then you know the road you must travel is Raglan Road. Whether you come in for brunch, lunch, dinner, or even late night dining, you’ll be doing a jig over the medley of menu selections to delight in. And while options are plentiful, two of the restaurant’s famed favorite picks for many guests both happen to be “pies” from the homeland. Keen Eye for the Shepherd’s Pie takes the traditional shepherd’s pie classic to a whole new level, with their own house recipe, which adds what’s considered “a little makeover” and a “contemporary twist.” Likewise, Pie in the Sky is a novel take on chicken potpie, featuring a wonderful presentation of chicken with wild mushrooms and leeks in a white wine cream sauce and topped with puff pastry plus a side. Other delightful traditional picks making up the menu for both lunch an dinner include Bangin’ Bangers & Mighty Mash, Fish & Chips, Salmon Cider Squared, the Boaring Burger, Kiss Before Shrimp (pan-seared shrimp in a garlic and lemon chili sauce with sliced baguette), Chucky Monk (beer-battered monkfish with zucchini chips and tartar sauce), and so many others. And as always, libations are on the menu too, there to add to the idea that Raglan Road is the place to eat, drink, and be merry.

5. Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy!

Guy Fieri, the celebrity chef of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is the brains behind this operation. Therefore, as you might expect, the restaurant is just as fun as he is. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is laid-back, the decor is bright and fun, and all in all, this is just a novel place to eat.

Just as you might imagine, that all-natural chicken cooks up quite nicely. The most popular items at this chicken joint are their fried tenders, and boy are they good.

The tenders are pounded almost flat and hand-breaded using some wonderful spices before being fried and served up either on their own or as part of a sandwich. Despite the flatness of these tenders, they are not overcooked. In fact, they are surprisingly juicy and definitely something you’re going to want to try.

Obviously, Disney World vacations are meant to be fun, so we’d go ahead and say this eatery fits perfectly into Disney Springs.
