Our Favorite Restaurants at Disney’s Moderate Resorts

Three Bridges

Three Bridges Bar and Grill (Coronado Springs)

Another new addition to the dining options at Coronado Springs, Three Bridges is located in the middle of the lake at Coronado Springs, so you know exactly where to find it AND can be assured that the views are excellent.  Guests will find lighter, shareable fare when choosing to dine here.  Guests can split a plate of hummus, Szechuan peppercorn wings, cheese dip, as well as unique fried shrimp corn dogs.  If you are looking for something heavier, try the sirloin steak, signature burger, braised pork taco, or crispy chicken biscuit sliders.  There is an expansive kid’s menu here, too, so the entire family will find a good meal here1

Boatwright’s Dining Hall (Port Orleans Riverside)

Boatwrights
Boatwright's Dining Hall

Meals served up to guests reflect the theme of the resort, so prepare for homestyle cooking with plenty of flavor!  To start, guests can tempt their appetite with crawfish bisque, French onion soup, an Andouille sausage cheese dip, or delectable cheese fritters or fried green tomatoes.  For a main course, guests will find Nashville hot chicken, jambalaya, grilled strip steak, as well as shrimp and grits, prime rib, and perfectly smoked and sauced ribs!  Stop by to the River Roost Lounge before or after your dinner for some great drinks!

Toledo (Coronado Springs)

Toledos

One of the newest dining options on property, Toledo, is located in the new Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs.  Guests can eat here while enjoying wonderful views of the surrounding areas.  The menu at Toledo is inspired by Spanish tapas, so guests will want to come hungry and sample a variety of dishes on the menu.  For appetizers, guests can choose amongst octopus, garlic shrimp, as well as chorizo, a selection of various salads and soup.  For the main course, guests will find short ribs, steaks, scallops, as well as braised chicken.  The menu is also adorned with a unique selection of sides — roasted cauliflower, braised beans, truffle mushrooms, as well as blistered shishito peppers.  Regardless of your palette, you’ll enjoy the meal you have here!
