2. The Pepper Market (Disney’s Coronado Springs)

This spacious and vibrantly colorful food court, located within the main building at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, is definitely the go-to place for a quick bite to eat. In keeping with the resort’s theme you will no doubt find a broad range of Mexican-style cuisine favorites, but there are also plenty of more common and conventionally familiar options to choose from as well, all dished up at the various ordering stations throughout the day. And then, of course, there are those various grab-and-go items as well. At breakfast time there are a host of great choices. Some of the more popular house specialties offered at this time include the Southwestern Omelet, Roasted Veggies Breakfast Bowl, Chorizo & Cheese Breakfast Bowl, and the Grande Fiesta.
