Restaurants We Love at Disney Value Resort Hotels

Intermission Food Court

Eating and Disney World tend to go hand in hand. After all, who doesn’t want to enjoy some delicious meals while on vacation?  For this reason, we spend a lot of time talking about the many amazing restaurants found in the parks, as well as those located in the Moderate and Deluxe Resort Hotels. What we don’t spend a lot of time focusing on are the restaurants located in Disney’s Value Resort Hotels.  Today, we are going to change that by ranking the five quick-service eateries located in the Value Resorts and letting you know exactly what we like—and don’t like—about each one.  Hopefully this information will help you plan your vacation by allowing you to decide which of the less expensive resorts might cater best to your dining needs.

1. Landscape of Flavors (Art of Animation Resort)

Easily at the top of our list is Landscape of Flavors. This food court is located in the Art of Animation Resort, and in our opinion offers the most relaxing ambiance of the five eateries. The color scheme is pleasing to the eye, and the decor is tasteful. That said, it is still a food court, and can get loud and busy, so go in with this in mind.

The food at Landscape of Flavors includes all of the typical pizza, pasta, and burger options. However, they do also offer a few out-of-the-ordinary options. Most of these are found on the dinner menu and include such choices as Mongolian Grilled Fish and a Jumbo Stuffed Meatball. These items are surprisingly delicious, and even rival the dishes served at Deluxe Resort counter-service joints. Pictured above - photo credit Disney.

2. Everything Pop Food Court (Pop Century Resort)

Second on our list is the Everything Pop Food Court. The ambiance here is definitely less relaxing and more in-your-face, with bright colors and theming. That said, it is fine as far as food courts go.

The reason this restaurant is second on our list is for the food. Once again, typical entrees such as burgers and chicken are available, ensuring there is something for everyone. However, the dinner menu also includes yummy meals you might get at grandma’s house, such as roasted salmon, meatloaf, and pot roast.

We also love the dessert options at this particular food court, which include a super fun tie-dye cheesecake and a delicious oatmeal cream pie.
