4. Columbus Day Weekend
While Columbus Day may be falling out of favor in some circles, it still remains a federal holiday that falls on a Monday and opens up another three-day weekend opportunity. As such, it marks one of the more expensive Disney travel weeks. That is, until Disney takes advantage of my idea to make all the resort rates $14.92 per night in honor of Columbus that week. But that’s probably a long shot.
