While this point can be argued it is generally true that when character meet lines are shorter the cast member accompanying characters is a bit more likely to allow more character interaction time. Likewise, if character meals do not completely fill their seating, characters may spend more time at each table because their preset schedule allows a certain amount of time for guest interaction per seating.
