10 Things Worth The Extra Money At Walt Disney World and Some That Aren't

Disney Castle

3. Splurge: Stay Longer Than One Day

This one is a really big way to spend money; however, it’s definitely worth it. I’ve gone to Disney many times, and a good portion of those trips have been for one day experiences in the Magic Kingdom. While still incredible, I’ve always felt that if you’re going to go to Disney, you must stay for more than one day. While it is more money to buy a ticket for more than one day, it’s definitely worth it when you get the chance to experience the magic of all the parks. You don’t feel in as big of a rush to get everything done in one day!

4. Splurge: Buy A Unique Souvenir

While in Walt Disney World, you will be tempted to buy a lot of really nifty things. While I wouldn’t recommend buying everything you see, I would definitely recommend buying something you really love, even if it is expensive. Key chains and t-shirts are cool and all, but they don’t last or hold a lot of sentimental value. Instead of buying the cheap and traditional souvenirs, it’s definitely worth it to splurge on something cool that you find like a one-of-a-kind teapot or Mickey’s diner coffee. The great thing about souvenirs at Walt Disney World is that they have everything: princess costumes, home and kitchen accessories, pirate swords, and jewelry that can only be found in the parks.
