4. Watch the Rope Drop Ceremony.

While early mornings may not be a goal for every guest on every Disney visit, I always recommend guests attend the rope drop ceremony at least once. This flurry of fanfare takes place at the park gate and involves a train full of characters arriving at the Main Street Station to officially open the park and welcome guests to the Magic Kingdom. The rope drop ceremony really is magical and gets the day off to a great start. The next big plus is that the early guests can dash straight over to their favorite ride to beat the long wait times for an hour or so.
