A comment I have repeatedly heard from Disney newbies that recently returned from their vacation is just how incredible cast members are at Walt Disney World. Cast members truly are so much more than just shopkeepers on Main Street U.S.A, cooks at a short order restaurant in Fantasyland or ride operators. The customer service and demeanor of cast members truly bring guests into this magic world and leave customers so satisfied with their experience. As a friend of mine remarked when I inquired about his Disney trip a few weeks ago, “I have been to theme parks before but this was something totally different, the customer service is phenomenal!”
