Mahi Mahi

4. Mahi Mahi

I have so many great memories at the Coral Reef, and it was the first time I ever tried Mahi Mahi. Of course, I’ve been “trying” it ever sense. White and juicy, it flakes right on to your fork. It’s a decent portion as far as Mahi Mahi plates go so try splitting it if you want to save some dollars. Most importantly, bring the kids! There are approximately 4,000 sea animals in this tank to rubberneck at for an hour. They can gain an education too. The Coral Reef provides tons of information about the various sea animals, so be sure to ask lots of questions. These guys know their stuff.
