4. Shop & Eat At Disney Springs

Disney Springs is undergoing some major changes- a new name, new shops, and a new look. You could easily spend a better portion of a day looking through all the unique shops!  The Marketplace has mostly traditional Disney merchandise locations such as World of Disney, the Marketplace Co-op, and Disney Pin Traders, which is everyone pin lovers dream come true, whereas West Sides has mostly non-Disney retailers such as Sanuk, Havianas, and Harley-Davidson. With the ongoing construction at Disney Springs many new restaurants have opened. There is now a wide variety of options including: quick-service, table-service, and stands. From family friendly options like Rainforest Cafe and T-Rex Cafe to more upscale options like Paradiso 37 and Morimoto Asia there is truly something for everyone.

6. Character Dining

If you’re looking for something more Disney themed consider checking out character dining at the resorts. Many of the deluxe resorts are home to character dining locations featuring a wide variety of characters and food options. Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary, is an American-style buffet and usually includes Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald for all meals. Cape May at the Beach Club is an American style buffet and usually includes Minnie, Goofy, and Donald dressed in their beach attire for breakfast only. Ohana at the Polynesian, is a Polynesian themed family style meal and usually includes Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto dressed in their Hawaiian attire for breakfast only. 1900 Park Fare is an American style buffet that usually includes Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter and friends for breakfast and Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, and Anastasia and Drisella for dinner.
