9. Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is in the works

Fans of Disney’s Hollywood Studios had to bid a final farewell to the Great Movie Ride in 2017. And though we miss the epic attraction, we are very excited about the attraction that will take its place in the near future. For the first time in Disney Parks history, a Mickey and Minnie-themed ride is being built at Hollywood Studios. In Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Guests will step into the movie screen and become part of a Mickey and Minnie animated short. Imagineers are calling this attraction a “2 ½ – D experience,” and no 3-D glasses will be needed. Instead of it being just another really cool attraction, some are hailing plans for this ride as “game-changing.” Wonder what that means….
