1.  The flying prosthetic leg

While riding Expedition Everest in Disney’s Animal Kingdom an unfortunate event happened for a disabled guest.  Somehow this guests’ prosthetic leg became detached and flew out of the train vehicle.  This caused the ride to be shut down for a short time in order to retrieve the missing leg.  This must have been an interesting story for the other guests riding Everest at this time.
