10. “Winter” Week (Last Week of October)
While the last week of October will see a lot of guests attending Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom and the International Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, it is still one of the better weeks to visit the Disney World Resort – particularly on weekdays. The crowds are slightly lower than average, and room rates are pretty reasonable as well. To celebrate the release of the Silly Symphonies short “Winter” on October 30, 1930, wander over to Epcot’s Norway and ride Frozen Ever After!
