Top 10 Lowest Crowd Times A Year To Visit Disney World Resort

Cinderella Castle Hub

1. “The Big Wash” Week (First Week of February)

With low crowds and low prices, the first week of February is an excellent time to visit Disney World.  The average temperatures are in the 50s so it can be a little cool, especially in the evenings, but it is a relatively dry month so rain tends not to be an issue.  You might have to deal with some ride closures, but it’s worth it to be able to ride all of the other attractions with very little wait.  Be sure to visit Fantasyland’s Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station in honor of the Goofy short “The Big Wash” which was released on February 6, 1948 and features Goofy washing elephants at the circus!  And while you’re in the neighborhood, ride Dumbo the Flying Elephant!
