We’ve Ranked the Attractions at Magic Kingdom and Here They Are!

Jungle Cruise

30. It’s a Small World

This is one of the most iconic attractions at Disney World. Board a small boat and take a whimsical tour of the whole wide world! There are hundreds of brilliantly colored sets made of paper-mache’, glitter and fabric. Over 300 traditionally dressed “children” line the waterway in their native countries from all the seven continents. This ride will have you singing, “It’s a small world after all…” the rest of the day! FastPass+ service is offered but not necessary for this attraction if you wait to enjoy it later in the day.

29. Country Bear Jamboree

Step inside an old frontier cabin called Grizzly Hall and enjoy this fun and silly stage show with 18 hillbilly audio-animatronic bears! The Country Bear Jamboree is a knee-slapping good time for the whole family. You’ll enjoy the southern hospitality and warmth of this show, as well as the bears’ musical talents as they present a musical revue of several country and western favorites. The 16-minute show takes place in a huge theater with five stages of the wilderness’s finest! There’s never a long wait because the theater can accommodate a large number of Guests.

28. Jungle Cruise

Only at Disney World is there fun, fantasy and adventure in seeing the “backside of water.” If you’ve never heard that term, you probably haven’t enjoyed the Jungle Cruise yet, so be sure to experience it on your next trip to Magic Kingdom. Sit back and relax on this slowly-moving boat ride that takes you on a journey down some of the most famous and dangerous rivers on earth including the Nile and the Amazon. Audio-animatronic animals thrive in their “natural” habitats. The entire tour is narrated by a very “punny” skipper, who seems to find a humor (of sorts) in just about everything. Don’t miss this adventure! The ride was inspired by the 1955 “True-Life Adventure: the African Lion,” as well as the film, The African Queen. The ride vehicles were inspired by the steamer in the 1952 feature film.

27. Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin

Grab your best partner in the galaxy and board an XP-37 ship en route to infinity and beyond when you and your family experience Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at Tommorowland. You and your partner will battle the Emperor Zurg while seeing who has the best skill and aim! Use the on-board cannon to fire lasers at hundreds of targets marked with the letter “Z.” Every hit target earns you points. Will you get the high score? Or will it be your partner? Use the joystick in your spaceship to spin around and hit targets that elude you! Be on guard! Zurg lurks everywhere! FastPass+ service is available for this attraction and can be very helpful during peak seasons in the park.

26. Tomorrowland Speedway

Step into a gas-powered hotrod and put the pedal to the metal around the ½-mile track at Tomorrowland. It’s fun for everyone. If the kids are at least 54” tall, they can drive themselves! Safety first—each of the Tomorrowland Speedway cars is kept from veering into another car’s lane with a raised line in the track that the car cannot ride over. Not too fast, now—those cars can reach top speeds of 7 miles per hour!!
