Ingredients

  • 6 large fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • ¾ cup Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 1 cup fresh coconut milk, divided
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, for topping
  • ice, for serving

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

  1. Step 1: Blend strawberries, sugar, and juice in a blender on high for 60 seconds.
A blender jar filled with smooth, light pink liquid, likely a smoothie, is shown from above. The jar has a pink, frothy mixture with small bubbles on the surface, against the transparent walls of the blender.
  2. Step 2: Fill 2 (16-ounce) cups halfway with ice. Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
Two mason jar mugs filled with fresh watermelon juice sit on a marble countertop. The juice has a frothy top, and the vibrant pink color of the beverage is clearly visible through the clear glass jars.
  3. Step 3: Pour half of the strawberry mixture in each cup. Add ½ cup coconut milk to each cup and stir well.
Two mason jar mugs filled with iced pink beverages are placed on a light-colored surface with a blurred background. The beverages appear creamy and cold, and the jars have handles for easy gripping.
  4. Step 4: Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
Two mason jars filled with a pink strawberry drink, garnished with strawberry slices and accompanied by red-striped straws. The jars are placed on a light fabric, with fresh strawberries and a strawberry-filled container nearby.

Notes

Use fresh coconut milk, not canned. You can find it in the refrigerator section near the milk.
