Six sticks with clusters of marshmallows on a white surface. Each stick has four marshmallows, arranged vertically in a row.
  2. Step 2: Melt caramel bits according to package directions and allow to cool slightly (if it is too hot it will melt your marshmallows). Dip marshmallows into the caramel and shake off excess caramel. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes or until caramel has hardened.
A person is dipping a marshmallow into a jar of caramel sauce using a stick. Several white marshmallows are visible on a plate in the background. A spoon covered in caramel sauce lies next to the plate.
  3. Step 3: Pour orange sanding sugar onto a tray or in a baking pan and set aside.Melt white chocolate melts according to package directions. You want it to be JUST melted and not too hot. Dip the caramel-covered marshmallows into the white chocolate and shake off excess.
A hand dips an orange and white food item on a stick into a clear jar filled with a creamy, white substance. The jar is on a granite countertop, with a cutting board and patterned cloth partially visible in the background.
  4. Step 4: Immediately roll the tigger tail in the sugar until coated. Spoon sugar over areas that didn't get coated completelly.
A hand is holding a cake pop coated in white chocolate, while dipping it into a shallow tray of orange sprinkles. On the right, there is a jar filled with white chocolate, and on the left are several white cake pop sticks.
  5. Step 5: Place Tigger tails on a plate or tray and set aside to cool.
Four corn dogs coated with a bright orange breading sit on a white paper plate. To the right of the plate, there's a mess of melted cheese and orange crumbs on a piece of parchment paper. The corn dogs appear crispy and crunchy.
  6. Step 6: In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 15 seconds at a time until just melted, stirring each time.Using a spoon, drizzle chocolate over the Tigger tails. Allow chocolate to cool and harden before serving (they can also be refrigerated until ready to serve).
Three vibrant orange deep-fried corn dogs on sticks sit on parchment paper, drizzled with a generous amount of melted chocolate. A spoon hovers over one corn dog, adding more chocolate drizzle.
