Let me explain the “Magical Express” Disney Resort perk in very simple terms:  This is a service for Disney Resort guests only who are traveling by airplane.  Reserve your flight with a participating airline and make reservations at your Disney Resort inccluding the “Magical Express” option.  Prior to your departure date you will receive Disney’s “Magical Express” luggage tags that you attach to the luggage that will be delivered to your room at your Disney Resort Hotel.  Basically, you drop your luggage off at your local airport and do not see it again until you walk into your room.  At the Orlando International Airport, you will board a special Disney motorcoach which will transport you and your family to your Resort.  When you’re ready to leave your Resort, you will take your luggage to the luggage drop off area, and once again board a motorcoach for your trip back to Orlando International Airport.  This is one of the most convenient perks of staying on Property if you have chosen traveling by airplane.
