4. FastPass+

The paper FastPass system was considered cutting edge for years. A kiosk was installed near popular rides that spit out paper stubs for a specific return time. After you used your paper Fast Pass, you were eligible for another one. In 2014 FastPass+ rolled out, allowing guests the ability to reserve up to three Fast Pass time slots before ever entering the park. While many considered this move to be a stroke of genius, others argued that the process discriminated in favor of on-property guests since they were snapping up the hottest Fast Passes before others ever had a chance.
