8. Disability Policy

In 2013 Disney learned that some wealthy guests were hiring a disabled person to join their group for the sole purpose of gaining access to the disability pass, effectively allowing them a loophole to long lines. Changes were made to the policies regarding disabled people as a result. But families with legitimately disabled individuals, including those with unseen conditions such as autism, argue that the new procedures are overly stringent and take some of the magic out of their experiences. Policy updates are constantly being considered in this area.
