Disney World has several spin rides, including Triceratop Spin in Animal Kingdom and Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Astro Orbiter and Dumbo in Magic Kingdom.  While Dumbo is a classic, all of these rides score high on the boredom scale.  Basically, you go round and round for about 90 seconds.  The best part is the view from up high.
