5. Ride the monorail
While many Disney fans will often suggest taking a break at your resort in the middle of the day, I would suggest heading to the resort monorail for a break from the Magic Kingdom. Whether you just go for a spin or two on the monorail loop, or walk around the monorail resorts, it is sure to be a nice change of pace from the parks without having to go all the way back to whichever resort you are actually staying at.
