7. Berating Cast Members
During our last trip to Disney, my wife and I splurged on the character breakfast. My wife was so excited to see the characters meet and greet (non-verbally greet) the excited children. A parent wanted her child to take a picture with Chip. Her young child was fussy and wouldn’t stay still for the picture. After a few pictures Chip tried to visit the next guest and the parent lashed out because she hadn’t captured the perfect picture. She spoke to the character in such a way that appalled everyone who witnessed the outburst.
