5.  Character Meet and Greets

If your child has never met Disney characters, start with the small, cuddly ones, like Piglet, Pooh Bear, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, or Daisy.  Some of the bigger characters like Tigger, Goofy, Captain Hook, etc. might be a big scary to them.  It is hard on a Disney Character to deal with a small baby or toddler who screams at the sight of them.  Also, tell your children it’s okay to pat a character, but don’t pull tails or pinch noses, and absolutely no hitting.  Please have respect for the characters and their handlers.  Wait for your turn and don’t give them a hard time.  Thoughtless or suggestive comments are clearly inappropriate.
