Exploring Disney World is a real workout, but doing it at your own leisure can be fun and relaxing. And with Animal Kingdom’s hotel resorts, there’s lots to choose from. Soak in the surrounding scenery on its jogging trails, or rent a bike if running isn’t for you. And if you’ve got buckets of energy like Vanellope, sports like volleyball and tennis will help you burn off the calories from all that candy!
