10 Things You Should Do BEFORE Your Disney Trip and When To Do Them

3. Order groceries

If you are like our family, you may want some snacks or breakfast items in your resort room. Did you know that you can order groceries and have them delivered straight to your room? We tend to go for fruit, cereal, and sandwich stuff for those late night snack attacks, but we’ve seen folks get full groceries and eat the majority of their meals in their room. If you can get your brain wrapped around your grocery list, some of the more popular grocery delivery services will give you a discount for ordering more than 15-30 days prior to your delivery. This is a great option for those with food restrictions, or to have things like toiletries or basic supplies readily available in your room.

2. Purchase separately ticketed event tickets

If you plan to attend a separately ticketed event, such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you will need to purchase those tickets ahead of time. These tickets are usually available several months in advance, and are purchased for a specific date and time during your vacation.
